For all other insurance carriers, we are happy to provide a detailed receipt called a ‘superbill’ for potential reimbursement insurance for out-of-network services. Please reach out to us if you have questions regarding superbills or out of network care.
Payment Options
Self-pay options are available for clients who are out of network or do not have insurance coverage.
We also are happy to accept HSA/FSA cards for payment, regardless of insurance status.
